A round-up of DTS2022 from DTA President Delroy Reeves

The Dental Technology Showcase (DTS2022) was most welcome by all who attended following the nearly 3 years absence throughout the Covid-19 lockdown.

I encourage all dental technicians to embrace the new technology which was on show, advancing the outlook of Dental Technology for the future.

Jo Stevenson was our first ever recipient of the new DTA Fellowship Award, presented by Professor Nairn Wilson on behalf of DTA Council at DTS2022. Our warmest congratulations go to Jo.

The greatest thanks go to DTA Council members and everyone who gave time over the two days of DTS2022 to facilitate the smooth running of the stand. It was a joy meeting and greeting our members and visitors at the show.

Special thanks also go to Derek Pearson and Dr Keith Winwood who spent time scoping out future dental technology for articles to be published within DTA publications The Technologist and Articulate and for the on-going development of CPD articles for our membership.
