1. When I try and locate my name on the register, the following is displayed: " Sorry, no records were found that matched your search criteria!"

   The most common error when a member looks up their own entry is that they include initials along with the 'forename'. For example, If John B. Smith searched on Surname: 'Smith' & Forename: 'John B'. The correct search criteria should be Surname:'Smith' & Forename: 'John', omitting any additional initials.

2. I do not know what to enter into the field 'Country'?

   If you are uncertain what to enter into any of the fields, leave them blank. You may get more hits but the one that you are looking for should be amongst them.
