A focus on oral health in an ageing world

GDC will not remove DCPs from register over MyGDC renewal issues

We can today confirm that any dental care professional (DCP) who is struggling to renew their registration through MyGDC will not be removed from the register, provided they get in touch with us before the deadline.

DCPs must tell us by 11.59pm on Friday 31 July that they have tried to renew but are experiencing difficulties.

Annual renewal on MyGDC

We know that some dental care professionals (DCPs) have experienced difficulties using MyGDC during this year's annual renewal process, including issues resetting passwords and duplicate contact records affecting a small number of accounts. We are sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
