About the role
We're looking for a Field Sales & Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers and leads, providing hands-on product demonstrations and exceptional support to ensure customer success. Our Field Sales & Support Specialist will visit potential customers to run product demos in person, help existing customers succeed by being available on the phone or email, and visit customers to provide training and troubleshooting.
This role will also support our internal team, leveraging technical expertise to become a proficient product expert. This is an entry-level role so no prior experience is essential!
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role is great with people, loves presenting and ideally has some experience in sales (although not essential). They should be able to build rapport quickly and challenge potential customers in a charming manner to highlight the benefits of our products. We're right at the start of infiltrating the dental market, and if we're successful here, international expansion is around the corner and there is opportunity for you to help us get there!
If I get the role - what will I be doing?
1. Product Demonstrations
- You will visit potential customers across the UK to run product demos and showcase the value of our machine.
- You will present and demonstrate to in-person audiences, effectively communicating the product's value proposition.
2. Customer Support
- You will help our growing customer base succeed by being available on the phone or email.
- You'll go and visit our customers to provide training, troubleshooting, and technical support when needed.
- You'll provide a high standard of customer service across all our communication channels.
3. Internal Support
-You'll become a key member of our internal team and provide support to your team mates with your technical expertise and product knowledge.
- You'll provide feedback internally to constantly improve our products and customer experience.
4. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- You'll document your communication with customers with accuracy and sufficient detail for reporting and future reference.

- You are creative and a natural problem solver
- Ideally you have some technical or sales related experience
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment where things move fast
