GDC Annual Renewal 2025-2026

The Annual Renewal for 2025-26 is fast approaching with the window due to open on Monday, 9 June.

Your Annual Renewal notice will be posted to your registered address on 10 June. Please ensure that your contact details, including your address, email address and mobile number, are up to date in your eGDC account.

Deadline for setting up a direct debit is 31 May 2025.

Direct debit is the quickest and easiest way to make sure your Annual Retention Fee (ARF) is paid.

With a direct debit, you have the option to pay your ARF annually or in quarterly instalments.

If you wish to set up a direct debit, it can be done through your eGDC account before midnight on 31 May.

Annual Practising Certificate

After completing your renewal, you will be able to access an electronic version of your Annual Practising Certificate (APC) through your eGDC account from 1 August.

If you would like a physical copy of your APC, you can tick the relevant box when completing your renewal through your eGDC account  from 9 June.

Not looking to renew?

From 9 June, you will be able to update your eGDC account  to notify us that you do not wish to renew.
