GDC Update October 2023

The latest update from the General Dental Council (GDC) is now available with Chair Lord Toby Harris' October blog post exploring professionalism events, GDC at the Dentistry Show and consultation updates.

A reminder that the GDC current series of online events exploring new ways of setting standards and providing guidance ends this month. There are still places for GDC webinars on 11 and 18 October and you can sign up online to hear from the GDC and a panel of stakeholders. You can also get involved through GDC new website section on exploring professionalism.

This new section of the website provides:

• information about our work on exploring new ways of setting standards and providing guidance
• an example model of standards and guidance that we'd like feedback on
• a short survey to get your feedback
• recordings of the online webinars we've held so far.
