Description of the job role:
- Primary contact for clients
- Handle case queries
- Monitor & verify incoming orders
- Act as key bridge between clients & internal CAD / production teams
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support onboarding of new clients 2+ yrs conventional lab + 5+ yrs CAD/CAM experience required
- Strong communication, organisation & problem-solving skills essential
Hours of work: Full Time
Annual Salary: from £40,000 + Performance Bonus
Location: Walton-on-Thames, KT12
