Job Title: Production Manager

Description of the job role: 

• Lead & manage CAD design and milling technician teams 
• Own full production cycle - digital intake to quality-checked dispatch 
• Meet same-day turnaround commitments for clients 
• Drive quality control, production KPIs & continuous improvement initiatives 
• Manage Customer Support function & handle lab client technical escalations 
• Report capacity metrics & operational performance to senior management 10+ yrs dental industry experience (5+ conventional lab, 5+ CAD/CAM) 
• Solid understanding of exocad & 3Shape workflow Strong computer literacy and basic office S/W 

Hours of work: Full Time 

Annual Salary: from £65,000 + Performance Bonus

Location: Walton-on-Thames, KT12
