The GDC has launched a new section on its website highlighting its commitment to making regulation fairer and more inclusive, supporting dental professionals in caring for a diverse population, and tackling discrimination and sexual misconduct within dentistry.

The new resource brings together research, data and information on how the GDC is working to identify inequalities, reduce potential bias and ensure fairness across its regulatory processes.

The GDC is also seeking feedback on new guidance for Fitness to Practise decision makers, covering areas including discrimination, sexual misconduct, harassment, offensive behaviour and health.
