The Dental Technologists Association (DTA) aims to provide equality of opportunity for all without hindrance because of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or socio-economic background.

EDUCATIONAL GOVERNANCE POLICY

The Dental Technologists Association (DTA) will:

  • Establish the organisation's strategic direction and aims, in conjunction with the finance team.
  • Ensure accountability to members for the organisation's performance.
  • Provide education (including Continuing Professional Development - CPD) that is appropriate to the needs of members and meets national standards determined by such regulatory bodies as it decides to work with e.g. General Dental Council for CPD provision.
  • Assure that the organisation is managed with probity and integrity.

ACCEPTABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

The DTA expects that all council members, support functions and members of DTA will conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with others, our network or when interacting with colleagues.
